Cancellation Policy
Our time is valuable to us
I appreciate the time I spend with every one of my clients. I look at this time as a balance of relaxation and hard work that we put into the betterment of your health. I appreciate your understanding of my cancelation policy, for it gives me the support I need to continue to give all my clients the best experience possible. If you cannot make your appointment please let me know as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations for an appointment will not be charged as long as the cancelation is done 24 hours prior to the massage so I am able to re-book the time with another client. If a cancellation is made the same day of the appointment there will be a charge of half the amount of the booked appointment.
No shows
If you do not show up for your appointment there will be a full charge of the booked appointment minus 10%.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment will not be extended beyond the pre-scheduled appointment time. My appointments are stacked according to appointments booked and I will not be able to extend your appointment. I appreciate you planning accordingly and coming in on time. If a client arrives with less than half of the time left booked, I may have you reschedule your appointment.
